This is going to be a tough one, coming back from a leg injury as well as not running for several months due to a heel bone spur. Now that I want to get back into running and be able to train for another half, everything just seems to be making it impossible to keep it consistent. Leg pain, heel pain, a bad cold, what's next? I'm not trying to be negative here, just talking it out.
I have finally written up on Excel, a weekly schedule for myself. It's a little on the full side so the first weeks will be for working out any kinks and making changes that are more realistic long-term.
Running is a priority because without it, I just can't maintain a healthy weight. Blame it on the thyroid!
Ok no excuses.
More tomorrow after we see how the short run goes!
